All machines now come with a GPS tracker installed. We partnered with Land Air Sea. The monthly fee is $12.95 (payable to Land Air Sea) and does three second updates. Much superior to anything else we found.

The factory in China that makes the equipment, makes several loader models as well as excavators, forklifts and other equipment and has many years of heavy equipment manufacturing experience.

Additionally, to avoid extra cost down the road, we already added the options that can give the best experience as its cheaper for us to add the option during the build phase than once the machine is delivered.

If you read in the various Facebook groups, lots of people have issues due to damage that occurred during the shipping process. When we get your equipment, we remove it from the shipping crate, check all fluids, verify the track tension, and check a number of bolts, hydraulic flow and so on. Meaning, when you get a machine from us, it works. And if there is an issue down the road, give us a call and we will help you with a warranty claim.

Quick Note: we only sell Rippa equipment unlike most of our competition that sells products that directly compete with each other. We believe in our product portfolio. This way you can ensure we are not selling whatever product we are incentivized to by the various manufacturers. We chose Rippa. We could have picked any other manufacturer.

  • GPS Tracking, Standard. Every machine ships with a Land Air Sea GPS tracker pre-installed — 3-second location updates, for just $12.95/month (paid directly to Land Air Sea). It's the best tracking we've found, and it's a Rippa USA Sales exclusive.

  • A Warranty That Means Something. If something goes wrong, you call us — not a factory overseas. We carry the parts and the relationships to get your machine back to work fast.

  • Optional Service Plan. We offer a service plan that matches the term of your Rippa parts warranty.

I didn’t post anything until I returned home, but I went to China to visit the Rippa factories and offices and see what all is going on with Rippa. This is our level of commitment. We only sell Rippa equipment as we picked what we believe is the best equipment out there. So from June 27-July 4, 2025 we were in Jining, China. Below is some of our pictures. I also made a number of videos and posted them on our You Tube Channel, link at the bottom of the page. I have so many pictures, but the below shows the depth and scale of Rippa.
